Raza House is a home shaped by simplicity, warmth, and the rhythms of everyday family life. Located in Dahod, Gujarat, the residence is designed for a family that sought a calm and functional environment-one that felt welcoming, timeless, and deeply personal.

Set on a 2,000 sq.ft. plot, the house balances contemporary living with subtle references to tradition. The defining feature of the facade is a series of bold arches that soften the structure and create a memorable identity. Clad in brick, the exterior celebrates the beauty of an honest material adding texture, warmth, and a sense of permanence while responding naturally to the local climate.

Inside, the home unfolds through a series of thoughtfully connected spaces designed to encourage togetherness while allowing moments of quiet retreat. A neutral palette, warm wooden finishes, and carefully crafted details create an atmosphere that feels understated yet inviting. Every space has been planned with intention, from the welcoming foyer and comfortable living room to the highly functional kitchen and dining area that forms the heart of the home.

The interiors embrace a sense of restraint, where design is not about excess but about creating comfort through proportion, materiality, and light. Bedrooms are designed as peaceful personal retreats, each offering warmth, practicality, and a feeling of ease. An open garden terrace further extends the living experience outdoors, bringing natural light, ventilation, and a place to pause amidst daily life.

Rather than making a bold statement, Raza House focuses on creating a lasting one. It is a home where architecture quietly supports everyday living-where brick, light, and thoughtful design come together to create spaces that feel familiar, comforting, and deeply connected to the people who inhabit them.
